I have been with Antiqueweek since 1987. My parents became antique dealers when I was a teenager, so I grew up in the industry. I have collected numerous things over the years, but the main collections right now are Parke County memorabilia, German Shepherd items and stick horses.
I grew up in Parke County, Indiana, and now have more than 1,000 postcards from the county. I prefer real photo cards. Parke County is also the Covered Bridge Capital of the World and every October there is a big Covered Bridge Festival. So there is a lot of souvenir stuff from the county. There were also several stoneware companies in the county, and I have some examples of that.
The German Shepherd collectibles because I have a shepherd and the stick horses because I love them.
